Children’s Church – assembles in the Quality of Life Center each first Sunday focuses on
children's ages 3 - 12

Church School – meets Sunday mornings and provides Bible instruction in classes for
Pre-School through adults

Commission on Christian Social Action – Coordinates activities in the areas of social, racial, and economic relations, temperance, world peace and community cooperation

Commission on Membership and Evangelism – establishes realistic goals and objectives for the growth of church membership, implements a bible plan to include trained home visitation teams, Revival and evangelistic services, distribution of traits which promote Christ Jesus

Culinary Committee - The Culinary Ministry’s purpose is to nourish the temple that houses the spirit and soul of our brothers and sisters in Christ and the community-at-large.  It is our desire to serve all that cross our threshold with the love of Jesus Christ

Evangelism – establish realistic goals for the growth of the church membership to include training for home visitation teams revivals and evangelistic services.

Hospitality Ministry – extends a cordial welcome to everyone who enters our gates; gives
announcements of activities for the week and forthcoming

Jessie James Missionary Society – we are called to strengthen our faith and sent to continue the ministry of Jesus Christ. We minister help wherever needed in and out of the body of Christ

Liturgical Dance Ministry – Includes children, Pre-teen and High School are who are taught creative movements to music that gives praise and honor to GOD. In accordance with Psalms 149:3, the prayer of this ministry is to praise the Lord in dance!

Married Couples Ministry – provides spiritual growth for married couples, to enhance the quality of their relationship, to build and maintain Christian homes

Media Ministry – provides services related to audio and video recording.

Men’s Ministry – Motivates men to desire a Christ centered closer walk with GOD and provides fellowship activities for a balance lifstyle.

Music Ministry – God has blessed James Memorial to have professional Christian musicians who are committed to teach choir members and instrumentalist to offer praise to God.

Prison Ministry – Our responsibility is to reach those lost in the “cages of pain” and reclaim God’s lost sheep.

Singles Ministry – provides a place for Singles to find personal worth, acceptance wholesome relationships, growth in Christ. The Singles Ministry is responsible to God for exalting the Lord Jesus Christ by providing opportunities for evangelism, fellowship, discipleship and growth

Usher’s Board – Door keepers in the house of the Lord. The purpose of this ministry is to reflect the Christian dedication of the Pastor and all who come to worship.

Women’s Ministry – The Women’s Ministry of J.W. James Memorial functions as a vital part of the Bible Fellowship organization of the church. The goal of the women’s ministry is to provide understanding and guidance regarding difficult issues of life facing women today.

Youth Ministry – The goal of J.W. James Memorial Youth Ministry is to reach non-believing students with the gospel of Christ, get them involved in our ministry, teach them to grow in their relationship with God, help them to honor God with their lives and then provide opportunities for them to teach others about God. The Annual Holiday Youth Retreat includes recreation, bible Study, Fellowship, time for recommitment to the service of Jesus Christ
